Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Melt 3/4 cup of Unsalted Butter (172.5g) in a saucepan on low heat until browned. Remove from stove so it can cool down. Add 1/2 cup of White Sugar (100g) and 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar (110g) and mix.

2. Sift 2 cups of Flour (296g) and 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda (3g) in the mixture.

3. Add 1 Egg, 1 Egg Yolk, and 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract into the mixture and fold until combined.

4. Add 1 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips (175g).

5. Scoop dough onto baking sheet. Preheat oven at 175°C and bake for 15-17 minutes until edges are slightly browned.
